Julien Libaire

Mr. Libaire is Senior Vice-President of International Sales. He is based in our Charleston, South Carolina office. Prior to working at JonesTrading, Mr. Libaire worked at Lebenthal & Co trading Muni’s and also worked at Auerbach Grayson where he traded live European equities and later ran emerging & frontier market sales trading. Mr. Libaire received his BA in political science from College of Charleston. He has his series 7 and 63.

Scott Hirshorn

Mr. Hirshorn is the Senior Vice-President of International Trading based out of our Charleston office. Mr. Hirshorn joined JonesTrading in 2009. Prior to coming to JonesTrading, Mr. Hirshorn worked at Alfred Berg/ ABN Amro as the Managing Director of International Equities from 1997-2009. Mr. Hirshorn attended Emory University and earned a BA as well as his JD. He resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife Jessica. Mr. Hirshorn has received his 4, 7 and 63 industry licenses.

Kevin Horgan

Mr. Horgan is the Branch Office Manager of our Hawaii office based in Hanalei. Prior to joining JonesTrading, Mr. Horgan was a sales trader in Japanese equities at BTIG. He has also served as Managing Partner at NAMINORI for five years and served in sales management roles at Merrill Lynch on the Japanese and European Convertibles teams. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, he has a Japanese studies certificate from Seinan Daigaku in Fukuoka Japan and graduated from the Harvard University Japanese Language Summer Program.
