JonesTrading’s generous Incentive Compensation Plan is considered to be one of the best in the industry because you will earn a scaled payout based on your trading performance. Most other firms offer traders a compensation structure that consists of a salary and discretionary bonus. At JonesTrading, a Trader’s compensation is transparent and uncapped. Furthermore, compensation is paid the month after it is generated, there are no compensation tie ups in the form of restricted compensation.
