Bryan Turley, Managing Director
Mr. Turley is based out of the New York office. Prior to joining Jones, Bryan was Head of FIG Banking at MLV & Co. In 2014, his team originated 49 transactions in Common Equity, Preferred Equity, Exchange Traded Debt, and ATM’s. Bryan has extensive experience in both Real Estate and Specialty Finance. Bryan has been CEO of a Private Equity Real Estate fund and previously a Fixed Income Trader for Royal Bank of Scotland. Since joining JonesTrading, Bryan has been key in the growth and development of our Investment Bank, adding his considerable originating capabilities. Bryan currently holds his Series 7, 63, 79, and 24 securities licenses.

Moe Cohen, Managing Director
Mr. Cohen is based out of the New York office. Prior to joining JonesTrading, Moe served as VP, Head of Capital Markets Trading at Cantor Fitzgerald. During Moe’s tenure at Cantor he managed the syndicate process for Cantor’s lead traditional IPO’s and secondary offerings. Over the last 10 years, Moe has established a successful Investment Banking and Capital Markets platform which offers Corporate, Private Equity and Venture Capital clients a full suite of banking services. Moe has established a proven track record in assisting PE/VC firms with exiting public portfolio positions. He has executed transactions as large as $400 million in notional value. During his tenure at JonesTrading, Moe has been instrumental in building a banking platform that allows our clients to benefit from elite level execution while simultaneously having the ability to access one of the largest institutional platforms on Wall Street. Moe currently holds his Series 7, 55, 63, and 24 securities licenses.

John D’Agostini, Director, Investment Banking
Mr. D’Agostini joined the Investment Banking and Capital Markets group in 2010 and is based out of the New York Office. While at JonesTrading, John served as Head Trader for Capital Markets focusing on the At-the-Market Offerings and PE/VC exits before moving into Investment Banking in 2014. Currently, John works with corporate clients advising them on structuring and strategies for capital raising. Prior to joining JonesTrading, John worked in Capital Markets at Cantor Fitzgerald. John currently holds his Series 7, 63, 55, and 79 securities licenses.

Ryan J. Gerety, Director, Equity Capital Markets
Mr. Gerety joined JonesTrading in 2012 where he worked in Institutional Equity Sales and Trading based out of the Aspen Office. Ryan joined the Investment Banking and Capital Markets group in the summer of 2014 and is based out of the New York Office. During his tenure in the banking group, Ryan has served as Equity Trader and Desk Analyst. Currently, Ryan is pursuing an initiative to enhance our Equity Capital Markets and Syndicate capabilities. Ryan currently holds his Series 7, 63, 55, and 79 securities licenses.
